The Spruce Suite is a spacious second floor accommodation featuring a queen poster bed in a private guest bedroom. A second bedroom, with private bath between, has a full size bed with a twin bunk over. Climb the unique ship’s ladder to a sleeping loft for one or two; also a full size sofa sleeper in the living room and leather recliner sofa. A full kitchen and 24×24 deck over the Boathouse with expansive views of Rainy Lake, Rainy River, and the Canadian shoreline make this suite “a lakeside luxury.” Can sleep 9. Fully furnished, this can be your home away from home.

The Boathouse

A lake level accommodation with personal dock, the Boathouse “Captain’s Quarters” has a queen size bed in a private bedroom with patio door to west deck from whence you may enjoy “limited edition sunsets” over Rainy Lake/Rainy River (a favorite fishing spot) or use wi-fi on the deck to stay in touch. Twin bunks and a small sleeping bed offer more room with easy access to docks, boats and bicycles. Fall asleep to the music of water and waves, imagine your yacht blowing in the breeze, or scan a frozen Rainy Lake for ice diamonds.
Also included is a private bath, living room, and fully equipped kitchen. Doors to decks and BBQ will make your “on the water” experience one you’ll want again and again! Summer boating or winter fishing, skiing, and sledding may complete your day. This guest room can be partnered with the Sunset Suite to accommodate more people.
